The Continuous Professional Development UNIT (CPD) under CILT) will be offering the above mentioned workshop for all academic staff members. The workshop/training will focus on the following:

- Why is email etiquette important
- The ‘dos’ and don’ts of email etiquette
- Composing Professional emails
