Course Objectives:
The main aim of this short course is to develop the capacity of professionals in the public, private and non- profit sectors in Programme Monitoring and Evaluation, in order to enhance Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) competencies and foster a culture of results- based performance, accountability and sustainable development in Namibia.
Exit Learning Outcomes:
On completion of this short course, participants should be able to:
- Define the key concepts (monitoring, evaluation, indicator, data, framework and plan) and principles of monitoring and evaluation their application within the Results Framework
- Appreciate the importance and use of M&E information and best practices in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
- Develop the Logical Frameworks and Logic Models for specific interventions.
